![]() ![]() I was driving down Anderson Hill in Kitsap County when a PSE truck pulled out right in front of me and continued to go 25 in a 45 for quite a while. I'm sure they take car of their own and screw the general public. WATCH YOUR BILLS from PSE because they will Screw you in anyway they can. They don't give a about their customers and the wrong that they continue to do to the very people who pay their wages. PSE is a Piece of Energy company who hold a monopoly in the outlined areas. I have moved this month and transferred my service to my new location and now they want to bill me a mystery amount of $172.32 for what I don't know and they can't explain so I told her charge it off to me staying in the Hotel for 3 days and loosing my food that's when she got smart with me and said I should have called. The information was not up to day at one point the power came back on for 2 minutes only to go back out yet again. I politely informed her that I turned in the power outage and they sent me updated texts on my phone informing me of when to expect my power back. I was told by the most flipped customer service rep that I should have called. Food spoiled and PSE never gave us a credit for the loss of service or the food. Lost power for (3) days straight and had to stay at a hotel. Every single person that I've subsequently spoken to at PSE has been inconsiderate and uncaring they certainly don't have any concern that the temperate dropped into the 30s and that we had a medical. I had been traveling internationally for work and had an $80 bill that was only 7 days overdue. There was no disconnection date indicated and they disconnected services immediately, NOT the second business day. The notice must state a scheduled disconnection date that is not earlier than 5:00 PM of the second business day after the day of the delivery. WAC 480.100.138 states that the utility must deliver a second notice (in addition to mail) to the service premises and attach it to the customer's primary door. They placed a notice on my door on October 9th at 3:30 but backdated the written notice to the falsely state it was delivered October 6th. Puget Sound Energy disconnected my power without proper notification, cancelled my account, and then charged me $178 to reconnect services. ![]()
